Cancellation policy

Purchase Options

CreekCrosser products are available for purchase directly through our official online store and verified sales channels (such as TikTok Shop and Shopify).

  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, TikTok Shop Pay, and other approved digital payment methods at checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or app confirmation showing your order number, payment amount, and shipping details.

  • Inventory Availability: All purchases are subject to product availability. If an item sells out before your order is processed, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Before Shipment: You may request an order cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing creekcrosser.co@gmail.com 

  • After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it. You may still be eligible for a return under our Return Policy once the package arrives.

  • TikTok Shop Orders: If your order was placed through TikTok Shop, cancellation requests must be made directly within the TikTok order page before the order shows as “Shipped.”


Pre-Orders or Limited Drops

For limited releases or pre-order items:

  • All pre-orders are final once placed.

  • Cancellations or refunds are only allowed if the product cannot be fulfilled within the stated time frame.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If a cancellation is approved before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • If your payment was processed through a third-party platform (TikTok Shop, PayPal, etc.), the refund timing may vary according to their policies.
