Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the fastest available option.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and package weight.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please first contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) with your tracking number. Then feel free to reach out to us at creekcrosser.co@gmail.com for further assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
